Winter Engagement Session at Bannockburn Conservation Area | Ashley and Gerad

It can be a real struggle to conduct an engagement session in the dead of winter. There is a lack of colour without all the beautiful greenery or grass. However, it's not impossible, and the presence of pretty snow helps! This session is definitely proof of that.

I have known Ashley ever since photographing her sister Shelby’s wedding, and now I feel like I've known her forever. Ashley and Gerad are extremely sweet, thoughtful, and hilarious. It's always such a fun time being around them.

Of course, to no surprise for the people who know them, they made sure to include their adorable pups, Jet and Lola, who are their whole world. We planned their session at one of their favourite spots for walks, Bannockburn Conservation Area. It couldn’t have been more perfect and definitely connected to who they are as a couple.

I am beyond excited to photograph these two on their wedding day!
