Rustic Exeter Barn Wedding | Amber + Jake

Amber and Jake's rustic barn wedding in Exeter was one of those days that sticks with you long after the last dance. The scorching heat didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits, and the clear, blue sky set a perfect stage for the ceremony. As Amber walked down the aisle, the emotion in the air was palpable, leaving everyone feeling the love.

After the ceremony and family photos, we piled into golf carts and headed to the furthest hole at the golf course. There, under the shade of a stunning willow tree, we took some beautiful bridal and wedding party portraits. Despite the heat, the wedding party was full of energy and laughter, making the whole experience a blast. The contrast of the lush, green surroundings and the playful mood of the group created some truly unforgettable images.

The reception was a highlight in itself, with each member of the bridal party making a statement entrance. The Amber’s brother stole the show by drinking his beer out of his boot, which had everyone cheering and laughing. The speeches were a beautiful mix of heartfelt words and humor, with tears and laughter flowing in equal measure. As the night wore on, the dance floor became the heart of the celebration. Watching everyone dance, laugh, and celebrate together was a perfect end to a perfect day.

Capturing Amber and Jake’s wedding was a joy from start to finish. The day was filled with love, laughter, and so many special moments that it was hard to pick just a few to highlight. Being part of their story was a reminder of why I love being a wedding photographer. Their rustic Exeter barn wedding was a day to remember, and I feel honored to have been a part of it.
