The Hollows Camp Wedding | Stephanie + Jimmy

Oh, this wedding day!! What a photographer's dream it was. I met Stephanie in our second year of university. Stephanie is seriously the most talented girl with such a kindness about her. She has always been such an incredible artist and good friend and I knew her wedding day vision was going to be amazing. 

These high school sweethearts were married in early September at the Hollows Camp in Bradford, Ontario. Stephanie and Jimmy loved this venue because it was close to their homes, family and friends and was entirely outdoors, beside a lake and surrounded by trees.

I asked these two what were the three most important things to them as a couple while planning their wedding and coming in as number one on their list was CRAFT BEER! Ever since these two lived in Calgary together they have loved craft beer. Stephanie and Jimmy featured their two favourite breweries on tap, Flying Monkeys and Muskoka, and ordered their favourite sommelier glasses as party favours. Oh! And they had some real hops, too...for decor and in the groomsmen's boutonnieres. 

Second on the list was their love for live music and dancing so they had to have a live band, of course! And finally, coming in as number three and my absolute favourite thing about their wedding was that they had Stephanie's Nana as the Flower Lady. Stephanie gets her green thumb from her Nana who is 91 and has taught her everything she knows about gardening and so they thought it was the perfect fit for her to be their flower girl. Stephanie’s Nana walked down the aisle ahead of Steph, throwing petals on the ground and at the guests! Ha Ha! It was seriously the best!
